Cancellation Policy

We understand events occur, and we empathise. This is always taken into consideration, however a fee is chargeable for a no show of less than 24 hours notice of cancellation.

I have a very busy diary and many on my waiting list, so unfortunately I do need to charge for times that people do not show up, as these appointments could have been offered to others.

The fee for not showing up to your time with me will be 100% of the cost of your appointment. If you are able to give me at least 24hours notice (by phone message, Facebook message or email) this will be reduced to 50% of the cost as it allows me time to rebook.
